Our bayside single family home is  located on Old Landing Road (just north of 100th St.) The first floor has two bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds), a full bath,
family room (with queen sofabed), and a laundry room.  On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, living room (with a queen sofabed), and kitchen/dining area.

Cable TV, wireless internet, 2 DVD/VCR players. Sleeps 10, and since there is both a living room and a family room,there is plenty of room to spread out.

Fully supplied kitchen and separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. There is an upper level deck that wraps completely around the house and lets you enjoy the bayview from the front and the canal from the back. The back has a huge lower level deck (with 2 super-comfy hanging swing chairs) that is great for outdoor dining/relaxing. The canal is bulkheaded - so feel free to bring your boat! 

An easy two block walk to the beach - our great location lets you enjoy both the ocean and the bay.  You can honestly walk to the beach faster from our house than from many oceanfront condos that have long hallways and slow elevators and it's a breeze to unload your car right in front of the door! You can walk to the grocery store and other shops. Bus stop nearby.

Senior week/Non-family group rentals will be considered, however rates
and terms may vary.

Pet friendly:  Well behaved dogs (sorry, no cats) are welcome with an additional pet fee.

• 9/4/10-10/1/10:  $1000/week  $575/4 night mini-wk; $475/3night mini

Note:  During the summer we rent for full weeks only,  with the following exceptions:

• 6/28/10-7/2/10    $1025 4 nights
• 7/24/10-7/30/10  $1550 6 nights
• 8/1/10-8/6/10      $1285 5 nights
• 8/16/10-8/21/10  $1285 5 nights

Rates do not include 10.5% tax or refundable security deposit.
Weekly rental rates include cleaning fee. Mini-weeks will be charged a $60 cleaning fee.
Pet fee = $15 per per night/$100 per week for each dog(maximum of two well behaved pets)
Senior week/Non-family group rentals will be considered for guests who agree to act responsibly, however rates and/or terms may vary. If you send a request for information, please be sure to include the ages of the guests
