You'll love our new 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin in Pinetop Lakes
Country Club. Sleeping 2-8 people, this custom home will refresh
you at an elevation of 7400 feet. With granite, slate and natural
wood throughout, enjoy this retreat both inside and out. Enjoy
fabulous hiking trails, soak in the glorious mountain atmosphere -
relax, de-stress, celebrate amongst friends, just enjoy.

Our Pinetop Cabin is located just east of Pinetop, Arizona in
Pinetop Lakes Country Club where you will enjoy countless seasonal
activities such as golfing, horseback riding, skiing, mountain
biking, hiking, hunting, fishing and shopping. There are several
golf courses including Silver Creek Golf Club and Pinetop Lakes
Country Club which are open to the public at very reasonable rates.
Sunrise Park Ski Resort, 25 minutes away, offers 65 downhill runs,
cross country skiing, tubing and sleigh rides. Trout are abundant in
the 65 lakes and streams in the White Mountains. Hon-Dah Casino is a
5 minute drive away.

Our 1700 square foot, log-sided custom home is furnished as our
family home, not a rental. You'll appreciate the difference. With
alder, hickory, and aspen woodwork throughout, granite and slate
complete the floor plan. An expansive rear deck looks onto a large
meadow and offers a private setting yet it is conveniently located
within Pinetop Lakes Country Club. Miles of hiking trails begin
right in our own back yard as we are connected directly with
reservation and national forest trails.

Inside the cabin you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a California king bed and the attached
bathroom has an oversized double shower. The second bedroom has a
queen bed. The third bedroom is the bunk room with one set of twin
bunk beds, one twin loft and one full sized futon couch/bed. These
share one bathroom with a tub/shower. Each bedroom is comfortably
furnished and the master bedroom has a window sitting area if you
need a secluded place just to be alone with your thoughts and relax.

The main room of our cabin is gorgeous with a gas fireplace, aspen
ceiling, and recessed lighting, all of which create a cozy and
relaxing ambience. Enjoy one of our many games and puzzles at the
game table. The floor to ceiling windows will catch your eye as you
look out onto the tree-lined meadow. This room is equipped with
multispeaker stereo, CD, DVD, VCR, cable HDTV and high-speed wireless
internet connection.

Our large open kitchen is nicely equipped as you would expect in
your own home, including granite counters, a gas range and spices.
You will also find many extras including dishwasher and laundry
detergent, and a variety of soaps. Just bring a change of clothes
and a toothbrush to enjoy!

We are 25 Minutes from Sunrise Ski Resort.

This is our private vacation home. We rent our home with the
expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a
friend's house.

Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.
2 night minimum stay
3 night minimum stay for holidays
Cleaning fee of $75 is added to each reservation.

Peak Season: December 1 - April 1, and Memorial Day - Labor Day

Holidays: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor
Day, Independence Day, and Valentines Day.

Off Season: All other times.

The Cabin is tobacco free. No pets allowed.

The cabin is not handicapped accessible.

A $200.00 refundable security deposit holds your reservation. Until
a security deposit is received, reservations are subject to prior
booking. Any cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance
of your arrival date to receive your security deposit refund.
4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holidays must be
cancelled three months in advance to receive a deposit refund.

Full payment for all nights reserved and $75 cleaning fee is due 14
days prior to occupancy. This payment is nonrefundable unless the
cabin is rebooked. Linens service is included.

Missing/damaged items or unusual cleaning requirements will be
deducted from deposit refund.
