view of the gulf. The 7th floor unit is decorated in a tropical  
(think Tommy Bahama)theme, also with a fabulous view of the beach. 
 
Located on prestigious Thomas Drive, all that Panama City Beach has  
to offer is here -- and just minutes from your door -- with lots of  
restaurants and activities for adults and children.  Signal Hill  
Golf Course is right across the street!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone, air-conditioning, cable TV in livingroom and bedroom, VCR,  
DVD player, stereo/CD player, wireless internet access, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher,  
refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, linens.  Sleeper sofa in  
livingroom pulls out to a queen-size bed.  Washers/dryers on first  
floor. 
 
Sunbird has 3 gulf-side pools (1 heated)

10/25-12/31: Special Rate!   $375/week 
Holiday weeks may be higher
