This 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse has cathedral ceilings and a large
fieldstone fireplace. Downstairs the open livingroom, kitchen and
dining area create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing around the
fire after a long day of skiing or after enjoying the changing colors outside. Downstairs also features a Master bedroom
(queen size bed) with its own full bathroom. Upstairs one can find 2 more
bedrooms (twin beds in one and a king size bed in the other)and a
shared bathroom as well as a balcony that overlooks the downstairs
living area. The townhouse is located in Roxbury Run - about 2 1/4
hours from NYC. The roads are well maintained in the winter and all
the walkways are cleaned and shoveled to your front door. From the
back deck - you can see towards the mountains that are part of
Belleayre Ski resort. Both Belleayre and Plattekill are 10 minutes
away, Hunter and Windam ski ares are 25-30 minutes. The area also features multiple activities for fall visits as well, such as hiking trails, fairs, and beautiful golf courses. Close to the town
of Margaretville ( about ten minutes away ), lots of places to eat,
drink and shop.
