taking care of our guests (both English and German speaking)!
You'll be welcomed with a seasonal fruit basket, and your fridge
stocked for your first breakfast (American style).
We'll also try to provide you with information you may want for
your stay, from things to do to where to eat.
We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, pool completely enclosed with a cage
and a privacy hedge, a great place to relax with your favourite
glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Up to 2 children under 10 years are free with their parents. Each
additional child or adult is $50 per week.
$100 USD cleaning charge per stay.
Ask about our monthly rental rates.
$350 USD deposit required to ensure your reservation. The rest of
the fees are due upon arrival. For full deposit refund, cancellation
must be made at least 45 days before arrival date.
The rental property will be inspected for damages on the last morning
of your stay.
