Villa Ulivi is located in the green pine forest of Casarza Ligure a
small town on the hillside of Sestri Levante.

Ideal setting for either a relaxing romantic gateaway or as starting
point for an amusing beach vacation with kids or for explorations
along the Ligurian Coastline visiting Portofino and Cinque Terre area

Villa Ulivi, an indipendent villa, on a two floors area of 120mq,
offers :

Entrance/living room with fireplace, TV, radiostereo hifi and sofa +
kitchen fully equipped with lavabo, 4 burns stove, oven, microwave,
fridge/freezer, mixer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine + 1
toilette service.

A wood teak stair leads you to the 1st floor with one twin bedded
room (2 single beds) + one double room with letto matrimoniale
joining with ensuite living room. Two bathrooms on this floor : one
with shower and one with whirlpool bathtub.

Both rooms have balcony overlooking the pine forest and are defined
with natural wood parquest floor.

A large garden (650mq) with secular olive trees, barbeque area
completes the property.

The Villa is exclusively NON-SMOKING

Payment :
- Deposit = 35% of total stay is required upon confirmation
- Balance = 30 days prior arrival accepted via Western Union transfer
or Travelers Checks (Euro)
- Antidamage Caution = Euro 500,00 required upon arrival. Refund
after departure after checking the house is perfectly in order as
offered upon arrival
