Vacation Rental Description

This private lake-front cabin resides on an open cove (1-mile marker 
of the Gravois Arm) and is a favorite for many of our family 
vacationers.  This property includes a grass lawn, shade trees, 
natural pebble-sand beach, and a private dock on a large open cove.  
The open floor plan of this home includes the living room with sofa 
sleeper (full size), dining room, kitchen, and full bath with a  
shower 
tub.  Sleeping quarters contain four beds (two full and two twin) and 
accesses an outside covered porch with swing.  This private home 
comfortably sleeps 6-8

Vacation Rental Amenities

The 660 square foot cabin includes air conditioning, dish network TV, 
VCR, gas grill, phone, all bedding, dish towels, iron, and soaps.  
The kitchen is fully furnished and includes an efficiency range, 
microwave, and refrigerator.  Other features include weekly trash 
pick-up, and open parking.  Guests are asked to provide their own 
beach towels, life jackets, food, and personal items.  

Activities and Attractions

The Jewell Villa property provides guests with a quiet retreat that  
is 
close to lake activities and offers excellent fishing and boating for 
any vacationer.  This lake front property is shaded with several full 
size trees.  Guest also enjoy the natural beach, expansive covered 
concrete deck and swim platform.  The dock offers access to one boat 
slip at $15 per day.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Off-Season (Labor Day - April)................$67.50/night. 
In-Season (may - June)........................$125.55/night. 
Peak Season (july - Labor Day)................$135/night. 
15% off for Weekday stays. 
Full Week Stays get one weekday free! 
Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy.  Additional guests charged 
$10 per night. 
On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day. 
Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day. 
Cleaning fee - $85. 
Pet Friendly $20 per day per pet - limit 2. 
Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.
