Vacation Rental Description

This family oriented private home sits on a private point (7-mile 
marker) overlooking the main channel and Gravois Arm and is the guest 
house to the Crownview Villa.  The home is two stories 
with three bedrooms, and two baths.  The main floor consists of a 
living room with sofa sleeper (queen size), dining room, kitchen, two 
bedrooms (1 queen, and 1 full), full bath with shower, concrete front 
porch with a swing, wooden deck with outdoor furniture, and a gas 
grill.  The lower level (outside accessibility) contains two beds 
(queen and full), game table, full bath with shower, and laundry room 
access.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a range, microwave, and 
refrigerator.  The private home includes all bedding, dish towels, 
iron, and soaps.  Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open 
parking, and laundry room facilities.  Guest are asked to provide 
their own beach towels, life jackets (required for children under  
12), 
food, and personal items.

Activities and Attractions

This special property offers guests spectacular views of the lake, 
excellent fishing, and fantastic Ozark's morning sunrises for early 
risers.  This home is close to lake activities and offers excellent 
waterfront access and fishing.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off-Season (Labor Day - April)................$125/night. 
In-Season (May - June)........................$232.50/night. 
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)................$250/night. 
15% off for Weekday stays. 
Full Week Stays get one weekday free! 
Rates are based on an 8 person occupancy.  Additional guests charged 
$10 per night. 
Off site boat slip rental is $15.00 per day. 
Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day. 
Cleaning fee - $110. 
Pet Frindly $20 per day per pet - limit 2. 
2 Hour Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.
