The property isn't bad, but the listing is a little misleading. They forgot to mention that the 3rd bedroom is outside the main house, down stairs, attached to the garage with only a half bath so the occupant has to come inside the main house to bathe. Plus the "impeccably maintained" part is a joke! HA! Half of the lights in the house didn't work because the bulbs were blown, an outlet in the kitchen is burned and can't be used, an outlet in the master bath will only work when you wiggle it (which can't be safe), none of the remotes work because they don't have batteries, and the air vents leak condensation ALL THE TIME ( one of which is over the toilet in the master bath, not a pleasant experience) and if you plan on staying a while bring a pillowtop mattress pad because the beds feel like you are sleeping on a wooden plank ( but that could just be me, I'm used to a memory foam mattress)
