Situated on 36 private acres, you'll enjoy 1200 feet of panoramic views of the countryside and West Grand Traverse Bay.  Located in the heart of Wine County enjoy a bottle of local wine upon arrival, on us!  Take advantage of the surrounding golf courses while you're here.   Recently repainted Chalet with a crisp clean exterior and glass enclosed sun porch....a great place to work a puzzle or use the telescope!  Take a short drive to Suttons Bay or Traverse City...explore our towns, they're fabulous!

This home rents on a weekly basis from Saturday  - Saturday during peak summer weeks.

Interior:
The main floor of the chalet features a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full size futon on the sun porch for additional accommodations, a full bathroom, laundry facilities, a fully equipt kitchen, nice dining area, and living room with large windows with amazing views. A large functional space for entertaining a large group.

The upstairs has a bedroom with two full size beds, another bedroom has one full size bed and a rollaway, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds in in. There is a half bath upstairs as well.

Exterior:
First you drive down your own private road through an orchard. Go ahead and pick the friut, as we're chemical free! Once you reach the chalet you'll find nice ample parking for your family. You'll see breath taking views of the bay, and breathe in only clean air. A large yard area with trails to explore through the woods or with your beloved (man, or pet), and a nice cozy firepit for
gazing at the stars on a crisp clear night, as well as a grill for cooking.
