The Starfish in Ellenton

This rental is approximately 500 Sq. Ft. of carpeted floor space.
Fully furnished, there are 2 bedrooms. Linens are provided for one
full bed and a second bedroom with a twin for that third person.
The main bath contains tub/shower combination and we provide all the
towels. Kitchen includes new modern appliances and is fully equipped
with everything you will need. The open floor plan combines a
kitchen/eating area and living room. An enjoyable added addition is
the screened lanai.

Out of season Rates for 5/1/07 to 12/31/07 are $1,200.00 per month
In season Rates for 1/1/08 to 4/30/08 are $1,600.00 per month
Seasonal rates for 3 or more months during January thru April are
$1,500.00 per month.
Out of season weekly rates are $500.00 per month.
In season weekly rates are $700.00 per month.
Annual rates are $750.00 per month.
All rates for (6) six months or less are subject to 10.5%
sales/resort tax.
