Summer 2010
$1750-$2100 per week
$250-$300 per night~ Saturday to Saturday bookings during June till August 2010
Add 10.5% city room tax to all nightly and weekly rates.
$500.00 refundable security deposit to hold and save reservation.
$175.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit.
Rent and Tax due 60 days prior to arrival.
