Vacation Rental Description
Our home is situated on the much sought after and well respected
estate of Hampton Lakes. Hampton Lakes is located just off Highway
27,amongst gently rolling hills and orange groves. It is close to
Interstate 4 and US192, making it an ideal location for exploring
Disney and the surrounding area.
The extensive landscaping,manicured foliage,an impressive entry
pavillion,community facilities and feature lake with water fountain
make Hampton Lakes an ideal retreat after all the excitement of an
action packed Florida vacation day.
Our villa is situated on an extended lot with landscaped garden,
tropical Palm trees,an automatic sprinkler system keeps everything
looking lush and green.
Our home has 2,837 sq feet of living space for your enjoyment.
It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.Two of the bedrooms are queen
size master suites with their own bathrooms,colour televisions with
cable channels.
The layout and design of the villa make it ideal for two families
sharing.
The bedrooms are arranged as three double Queen size bedrooms and two
twin bedrooms.One of the twin rooms is a character childrens room
with television/video and tapes. All the bedrooms have their own
televisions and have built in wardrobes and bedroom furniture. All
the bedrooms have luxury fitted deep pile carpets.
There are two separate lounges,a formal dining room,dining nook,fully
fitted kitchen with centre island,separate laundry room,cabana
bathroom,lanai,extensive decking/patio area,private swimming pool and
Jacuzzi. The home has a combination of deep pile carpets and cool
tile flooring.
The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans and is furnished
to a high standard being fully equipped for your vacation including:
colour televisions with cable channels,Surround sound system in the
main lounge with Dvd/video/cd player, Playstation2,Various games and
toys,tennis racquets and basket ball and pool toys,Crib, Stroller and
a Highchair.
To the rear of the property offering a good degree of privacy is the
extensive decking/patio area,with lanai and private pool and jacuzzi.
This area has a southerly aspect in order to maximise the all day
Florida sun. The whole of the decking/patio area is protected by a
fine mesh screen which allows full sun penetration, but keeps out
unwanted non paying flying insect guests. The pool an jacuzzi have an
automated filtration and cleaning system which is regularly
maintained. In addition the pool and jacuzzi have underwater lighting
for cool refreshing night time swims.
The lanai offers an ideal Al Fresco eating area and welcome shade to
those who need it. Again, this is illuminated for outside evening
entertaining. There is an ample supply of Sun loungers and chairs
along with dining table and chairs in the shade of the lanai.
The lanai has direct access to to a cabana bathroom which provides an
ideal showering/changing area on entering/exiting the pool area. For
extra peace of mind for those with younger children all doors leading
to the outside and pool area have a warning sound when opened.
The villa has smoke alarms fitted and a radio/intercom system
throughout.
