The house is a smoke-free vacation home. It includes two bedrooms,
a studio bedroom, two full baths, sleeper sofa. Bed sizes are
queen bed, 3 double beds, 1 twin bed. Large wrap-around, covered
porch with swing. The house is conveniently located on the first
road past the entrance gate (turn left) on Tern Drive #T7. It is a
very short distance to the beach.
We have just remodeled the beach house adding a new tv, fresh paint,
new area rug, new tables, pillows, new sofas, pressure washing,
etc.. Just another reason why this is the perfect place for your
next vacation!

It is fully equipped with air conditioning, cable tv, full kitchen
with utensils, pots and pans. Also contains microwave, refrigerator,
porch swing, grill, outdoor patio set.

following fall and winter months!! Also monthly rentals are

Ocean Lakes resort has several beautiful pools and a large sun deck
that includes reclining chairs for sunbathing and two kiddie pools
and our interactive wading pool Sandy Harbor Splash Zone. The pool
deck is surrounded by landscaping and is part of the Sandy Harbor
Family Fun Center with restrooms and changing areas. Enjoy a meal
or snack at Sandy Harbor Cafe adjacent to the pools and Sandy Harbor
Mini-Golf. Certified lifeguards are on duty at both pools during
the summer season. The site also includes a game room, onsite
phones, church, grocery store, restaurant, nature center, play
grounds, bicycle & golf cart rentals, fishing, basketball,
volleyball and much more!

On site activities include arcade, golf, tennis, racquetball,
basketball, fitness center, gym, shuffleboard, horseshoes, minature
golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, bowling, skating, swimming
(heated pool and 3 outdoor pools), surfing, parasailing, jet skiing.
Just outside of Ocean Lakes is the Family Kingdom, New
Myrtle Beach Mall, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, and

No Smoking, No Pets. Linens are not provided. On-site golf cart

$300 security deposit required, which will be refunded 7 days after
check-out inspection and is refundable within 14 day notice for

Note: Weeks run Sunday - Sunday. Check-In time is 3:00pm. Check-
out time is 12:00pm.
