Enjoy this lovely home with a view of Lake Tahoe from two decks on
the south side of the house. One of the decks is off the living room
and kitchen and has a barbecue. The second deck on the lower level
has a beautiful hot tub which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy
the lake
view.
The house is about 2 miles south of Tahoe City very near Sunnyside
Resort. It is about a 45 minute drive to the Reno airport.
Squaw Valley an 8 mile drive and Alpine Meadows is 7 miles.
Homewood ski area is 4 miles.

The kitchen is stunning with granite countertops and
stainless steel appliances (including a gas range). The table opens
to seat ten and there is seating for two at the counter. This is a
perfect place for a group or two families, but don't hesitate to
contact us if you are just 1-3 people, because we offer special rates
for smaller groups. The house is comfortable for both large and small
groups.
There are two large bedrooms upstairs each with a private bath. One
has a queen bed and the other a king. Downstairs there are two
bedrooms, one with a queen and a double, and the other with a queen
and twin bunk beds. There is one bath downstairs.
No Smoking and no pets.
