Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful home located in the Tahoe-Donner community. Features a 
large "great-room", perfect for entertaining and a "private" snow-
play area in the large, empty lot next door. Located 20 minutes from 
Squaw, Northstar, and Alpine ski resorts and 5 minutes from local 
downhill ski hill, cross-country ski area, championship golf, 
community pool, spa, and recreation center. Rates start as low as 
$150/night.

1998 modern construction includes a fully equipped kitchen with 
granite countertops, central heating, and pine accents throughout. 
Entire living space is on one level with direct access to two decks, 
one private, the other with an amazing view of the Mt. Rose sunsets. 
Two car garage with regular driveway snow plow service provides 
parking for 4 vehicles.

Tahoe-Donner offers a great Lake Tahoe vacation experience, 
especially for families. The downhill ski area is super convenient 
and great for young families and beginners. The cross-country ski 
area is second to none, offering access to 4,800 acres of terrain, 
including the amazing Euer valley. During the winter, the golf 
course driving range (3 minutes away) is turned into a snow-play 
area with sled rentals. After a good day on the slopes, soothe your 
aching muscles in one of the 3 spas at the Trout Creek Recreational 
center. The community offers 3 pools (1 adult only), a tennis center 
with 11 courts, a semi-private beach club on Donner lake with Kayak 
and paddle boat rentals, and two restaurants including the newly 
completed Tahoe-Donner Lodge. Best of all, we're 20-30 minutes 
closer to the Bay Area, right off highway 80, and provide easier 
access to all the ski resorts and golf courses than those 
communities near Lake Tahoe.
