This comfortable single-level two bedroom, two-bath condo is located in the core area of the Fairmont Resort in Pagosa Springs which is in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. Pagosa Springs offers spectacular, fun-filled summers, awesome fall colors and the deepest powder for skiing in Colorado. A beautifully furnished Southwestern style condo that sleeps 6 (or 8 with the electronically inflatable queen sized air mattress)and which provides you with a comfortable and spacious place for your vacation get-away. Two spacious bedrooms: King size bed in Master and twin beds in Guest Down blankets for all beds and lots of pillow. Separate TV in Master BR with extended cable. Entertainment center in living room contains 25" color TV with extended cable, DVD, VCR and Stereo with CD player. Fireplace with gas starter in living room. Comfortable couch that makes into a Queen sized bed. Double thick queen sized blow up air-mattress with an electric pump for sleeping an additional two guests. Large dining area picture window that looks out on hot air balloon launches in the summer. Completely stocked kitchen including microwave oven and dishwasher. Washer and Dryer in utility room. Outside patio with chairs and glider bench and barbque pit. Near tennis courts. Air Conditioned
Summer: Hiking, camping, world class fly fishing, Native American archeology (Mesa Verde and Chimney Rock mountain are nearby), golf, tennis, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, natural hot springs, photography, day trips through scenic vistas, rafting, mountain climbs to over 14,000 feet, and many local festivals. Fall: Spectacular fall colors, hunting, fishing Winter: Ski the deepest powder in Colorado at Wolf Creek with nearly non-existent lift lines and groomed runs that satisfy the beginner and intermediate as well as backcountry skiing that challenges the extreme skier. Additional downhill skiing at Durango Mountain (Purgatory) is 90 minutes away on easy traveling roads. Other winter fun includes cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ice climbing. For relaxing after your winter adventure, there’s nothing like the natural hot springs in Pagosa Springs – a favorite spot for the early Native Americans who inhabited the area. The Hot Springs Center now offers a wide range of spa treatments to help you totally relax and recharge.
