Vacation Rental Description

This toally remodeled condo is available this season. 7.4 miles to the
other side of the Fort Myers Beach bridge and 7.6 miles from "Bunche" beach,
check my mileage! Clean 1076 square foot unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, 
2 lanais; one convertible enclosure (all weather) and the other open 
for your nap in the sun. Unit has washer and dryer in unit and this 
is a quiet condo on the ground floor.  Master bedroom has a Queen bed
and guest room has Full size bed. Community has a heated pool, club house,
wood working shop and is very active for a 55+ community. 3 month minimun 
per condo rules but call me and let's talk! Basic cable, local phone 
line included and internet available for $25.00 per month. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

55+ community, heated pool (84 degrees), wood working shop, club 
house, some planned activities, lots of shopping and the beaches are 
nearby.

Activities and Attractions

Pool activities, exercise, cards, shuffle board, planned trips, 
super bowl parties, weekend get togethers.

Vacation Rental Rates

January through April   $1,800 per month
April through May       $1,500 per month
May Through October     $1,000 per month
November and December   $1,500 per month

3 month minimum per condo rules
All rates plus 6% Florida sales tax and 5% Lee County Bed Tax, 
$120.00 departure cleaning fee and $500.00 refundable security 
deposit refunded if no damage to unit within 10 days after departure.
