Vacation Rental Description

Aloha and Welcome to the Garden Island of Kauai.  
 
Relax and enjoy the breathtaking, unobstructed, whitewater ocean  
views from almost every window in our condo. Watch the whales and  
dolphins playing from the lanai as you sip your morning coffee or  
indulge in your favorite tropical beverage. There are no rooftops to  
look over or buildings to look between; just the beautiful ocean! 
 
Our condo has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and sleeps up  
to six comfortably. There is 1 king size bed, 1 queen and 2 twins. 
Each bedroom also has it's own full bath. The kitchen is fully- 
equipped with all nice quality amenities to make you feel at home.Wired interenet in the condo.  
There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.  
The tradewinds provide gentle breezes throughout the unit.  
 
We are located on the sunny south shore and within a short walk to  
several of the finest beaches on Kauai. The Makahuena Resort offers  
a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a barbecue area.  
Stroll the impeccably maintained grounds to the point and watch the  
mesmerizing sunsets.

Activities and Attractions

Makahuena at Poipu is on the southernmost point of the island of Kauai and offers the rare  
opportunity for viewing both sunrise and sunset from its oceanfront location. This oceanfront  
complex with swimming pool, sun deck, jet spa, and tennis court and barbecue area has been rated in  
the “Top 10 Most Romantic Getaways” by USA Today. 
From Makahuena at Poipu, you can go anywhere. Since these Kauai condo rentals are within the Poipu  
Beach area you have more than enough activities to keep you busy. (The good kind of busy.) With  
Keoniloa Bay and Shipwreck Beach to the east and Brennecke and Poipu Beach to the west, Makahuena is  
within easy walking distance of some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.  The inviting  
white sands and gentle waters of Keoniloa Bay. Shipwreck is more for exploration than swimming.   
Poipu Beach is an excellent swimming, surfing, strolling and sunning beach.

         $1400/wk; $215/nt less than 7 nts; 4 night minimum 
•	12/15 to 1/5  Holiday Rates $250/night 
•	Hawaii State tax and Outclean charge additional 
•	Outclean charge based on number of guests ($140) 
•	Special Discounts for Longer Stays; Last Minute Specials. 
•	Security Deposit of $200 to reserve dates. 
•	Full Payment due 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days for       
Holidays.
