Vacation Rental Description

Year round cottage style home located at Higgins Beach. One block 
from the white sand beach approx, a 3 minute walk.  Modern kitchen 
including dishwasher,washer/dryer,microwave,Jen-Air stove. Bathroom 
has oversized shower and has been completely updated. 
Bedrooms:master-queen bed, second-double 
bed,third-twin bed. The second and third bedrooms are connected. 
Large private screened in porch. Livingroom has color tv 
with cable and two sofas. The lot abbuts the Rachel Carson Wildlife 
Refuge providing a private back yard.

Activities and Attractions

Higgins beach is considered one of the nicest beaches in Maine.  
Approx. 1 mile long white sandy beach with a gradual slope. Fishing 
in the Spurwink river at the north end of the beach.  This location 
is in walking distance to two resturants, a vegetable 
stand/store,and a short drive to the Maine 
Mall, supermarkets and down town Portland.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,800/week  for July and August, plus tax
$1,300/week  for June and September, plus tax
Winter rental available.
