Upstairs and Downstairs Master Suites have golf course views of 6th  
Fairway of Harbour Town Links. Upstairs has a private balcony! The  
king-size bed has a 'pillow-top' mattress to insure a good nights  
sleep and TV/VCR is included in the master bedroom. The second  
bedroom downstairs has twin beds and Cable TV. There are upscale  
linens and towels in both bedrooms. The Third Bedroom upstairs has a  
king-size bed with a private balcony looking out over the 6th  
Fairway and Green of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links. The 4th  
bedroom has a queen soze bed. This house is a small development  
inside of Sea Pines Plantation and our house has frontage on the  
Golf Course. There are only 200 homes in the sub-tropical setting in  
Greenwood Forest. The area where our home is located is in a very  
quiet residential neighborhood with a Community Center that includes  
a pool, tennis court, children?s playground and b-ball court.

personal deck gives a panoramic view of four different holes 
#6, 7, 2 and 3 of the Harbour Town golf links.

of our Community Activity Center including a hard surfaced tennis

Recreation Center is only 1 block away and offers a Hard Surfaced  
Court for play; just sign up and pick you time for the week on the  
play sheet displayed on the front gate. You can play all day if  
there isn't anyone signed up behind you or waiting to play. Walk to our  
community center with a pool, basketball court, tennis court, and a  
children's playground. The larger Plantation Club Pool is easily  
accessible by bike (only 5 minutes) or a 2-minute ride by car. The  
restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibogue Sound  
lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf  
courses, tennis courts, or beaches. 
 
On site and nearby activities include biking, fishing, walking tours  
for wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, shopping,  
swimming, snorkeling, diving, water skiing, wave runners, boating,  
surfing, and our favorite... wildlife salt marsh exploration by

Club has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an  
outdoor bar and grill, and nightly entertainment. The hard white

paddleball, and 'building castles in the sand.' A gated community,  
Sea Pines Plantation offers golfing, tennis, horseback riding, and  
miles of biking, walking, and nature paths. Everything is provided  
to make your vacation perfect. Located in the center of Sea Pines  
Plantation. 
 
Golf Information: Golf Discounts, 25% to 79% off regular rates,  
offered at 24 Golf Courses in Hilton Head through Last Minute Tee  
Times by mentioning our Villa Rental Program. Sea Marsh and Ocean  
Courses in Sea Pines offers twilight specials all year long as does  
most of the other on-island golf courses; this usually results in a  
30 to 40% discount. Lastly, for the most one hour of fun you can  
have on Hilton Head for only $6 go to the Plantation Club and grab a bag  
of balls. You can practice chipping on their chipping green, pick  
them up and putt them on the putting green and drive them away on  
the driving range. Takes about 1 hour and is a great way to practice.

Other difference between staying in Sea Pines and other Plantations  
or locations is that you benefit from all of the amenities that a  
full Plantation has to offer. A nature conservancy, historic  
plantation ruins, a lighthouse, sites and scenes of Harbour Town,  
restaurants and nightlife of south beach. Other areas of the island  
are very commercial and crowded. Our private and beautiful house is  
located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines. Staying here  
is like having 2 vacations at once. The first is living in a maritime  
forest and the second is living at the beach. Hiking, biking,  
fishing, birding, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golf, tennis,  
shopping, swimming, snorkeling and diving, water skiing, boating,  
surfing, nature tours of beaches, marshes by foot and kayak.
