The home is 5 houses (300 yds) back from the beach, offers private
access to North Beach via a boardwalk in the backyard, and a has an
outdoor shower. It has spectacular views from 4 decks, including a
rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views and a hot tub deck.

Guests of this home have access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club
and its amenities including: a pool, a baby pool, the Pelican's
Nest beachside bar and restaurant, a state-of-the-art fitness center, bike rentals and a sundries shop.

Across the street from the Beach Club is the golf center with two 18-
hole golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, plus a pro shop,
driving range, Bohickets Lounge, and the Island House restaurant.

Also available: Equestrian Center, Indoor Swimming Pool, Tennis Center, recreation programs for kids, Bohicket Marina Village, Freshfields Village
