home offers great views from almost every room. The large kitchen,
which opens to the dining room and sun room provides an ideal
setting for entertaining.

The home is 5 houses (300 yds) back from the beach, offers private
access to North Beach via a boardwalk in the backyard, and a has an
outdoor shower. It has spectacular views from 4 decks, including a
rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views and a hot tub deck.

Guests of this home have access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club*
and its amenities including: 2 pools, a baby pool, the Pelican's
Roost beachside bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, bike rentals
and a sundries shop.

Across the street from the Beach Club* is the golf center with two 18-
hole golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, plus a pro shop,
driving range, Bohickets Lounge, and the Island House restaurant.

Also available: Equestrian Center, Tennis Center, recreation
programs for kids, Bohicket Marina Village, Freshfields Village
shopping center, and several restaurants.

Just next door to Seabrook Island is Kiawah Island with a variety of
recreation including four golf courses, Night Heron Park and the
Sanctuary Hotel. 40 minutes away is historic Charleston, with its
rich history and vibrant night life.
