This relaxing, family getaway, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with
private, lagoon views, is a mere 200-yard walk to the beach. Our
family has been vacationing on Kiawah for ten years and has been
extremely fortunate to discover this gem of a home that had never
been rented. We extend our warmest welcome to you and hope that you

The 3400-square-foot, unique floor plan presents you with an entry
hall and main living area with hardwood floors and 18-foot, vaulted
ceilings with skylights. Near the front door, and up a few stairs,
there is a bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, VCR, and its own
bathroom. Off the main hall a bedroom with a queen-size bed and
another bedroom with two twin beds share a hall bathroom.
The first-floor, master bedroom has a king-size bed, large walk-in
closet, bathroom, and a TV. The main living area includes a wood
burning fireplace, a TV and VCR, and flows into the kitchen and
dining area to make the perfect gathering place. The fully-equipped
kitchen has a large center island and plenty of cabinets. From
there, doors open to the deck complete with patio furniture,
gas grill, and a view of the lagoon. Off the main living area
is a spacious family room with wet bar and mini-refrigerator, TV,
DVD and CD player, and full wall of windows overlooking the lagoon.
The second, master bedroom is above the family room with queen-size
bed, TV, walk-in closet, private deck, and large bathroom with two-
person, whirlpool tub and separate shower.
Our property manager, Resortquest provides a 24-hour concierge
service and can
arrange bicycle rentals, newspaper delivery, and chair and umbrella
