at New Smyrna Beach. This vacation getaway is on the fifth floor of 
the all-new Ocean Walk Condominiums, just across the street from the 
no-vehicle beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. You will find 
this 
exquisitely appointed and newly decorated condominium the perfect 
start to a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This professionally decorated condo offers all the amenities of the 
Ocean Walk Condominiums including a secure gated entry access, 
security patrols, and underground parking. There is a nature walk 
through the adjoining wildlife preserve. Of course, there is a new 
clubhouse featuring a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna 
for your total enjoyment. Basketball, shuffleboard courts, and 
lighted tennis courts are also available.

All new furnishings include a living room with a sleeper sofa and 
love seat, an entertainment center that provides cable, TV, VCR, and 
DVD/CD player along with a library of videos, DVDs, and, yes, books 
and magazines. The living room has a large sliding glass door to a 
covered balcony which overlooks the forever wild nature preserve 
that 
stretches from the Intercoastal waterway to the Atlantic coastline. 
The view from this fifth-floor balcony is truly spectacular and 
peaceful with significant wildlife activity and a view of the bridge 
to the island.

The kitchen boasts all expected amenities with new appliances and a 
convenient breakfast bar. The open dining area will comfortably seat 
six.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with a sliding glass 
door to the balcony and a master bathroom with walk-in closets and a 
Jacuzzi. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. As an option, 
you 
may also use the queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

The town of New Smyrna Beach provides the perfect Florida Vacation 
without the crowds and conjestion of some larger cities.  From the 
Canaveral National Seashore Park at our end of the island to a great 
assortment of excellent restaurants and the Old Town shopping

New Smyrna Beach is 25 miles south of Daytona Beach, 60 miles NNE
