This beautiful and spacious pool home is situated on a private nature
preserve lot in South Gulf Cove,a boating community off the Myakka
River of Port Charlotte. Enjoy your screened in solar heated salt water pool in your huge lanai area in total privacy. Home is very bright and cheery with access to pool and lanai areas from kitchen, living room and master suite.

3 Bedrooms...1 King, 1 Queen, ..Two Baths 3rd Room is Office with internet access (Inflateable bed is possible upon request) to sleep total of 6 guests otherwise 2 bedrooms accomodate 4 guests.
Master suite has lovely king size bed and a large ensuite bathroom.
Other two rooms and bathroom are situated on other side of home
to afford privacy for everyone traveling together.
Full Kitchen...dishes/cookware/utensils, dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, linens/towels air conditioning,
satellite TV, CD player, radio, telephone, Internet Access, 2 car garage, security alarm system. Barbeque and bicycles available upon request at additional fee.

South Gulf Cove is located between downtown Port Charlotte with its
shopping malls and numerous restaurants and the beachside community
of Englewood with its boardwalk and lovely beachside cafes and
restaurants. Enjoy the beach or shop in Englewood's Historic
Dearborn District. Both areas are only 15 minutes away. There are
also several golf courses close by as well as boat rentals where you
can explore the many waterways, the beautiful Charlotte Harbour and
the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy great fishing and fishing charters, rent a
Kayak or Jet Skis. Great fun for all ages.
Disney World, MGM Studios and all the attractions of Orlando are
just 2 and a half hours away. Tampa is only 80 miles away to visit
Busch Gardens and Sea World. This villa is in a quiet area but is
still only 10 minutes from a plaza with a large grocery store
(Publix Supermarket) and other stores. It is a wonderful place
to relax after a hectic day of sight seeing or shopping.

* All rentals have an additional cleaning fee of $125.00
* $500.00 security deposit required for weekly stays and $1000.00
for monthly stays. Security deposits will cover damages, extra
cleaning fee and monthly electric charges exceeding $100.00.
* All fees must be paid in full prior to arrival.
* Monthly rentals require 50% deposit to hold reservation and balance
due 30 days prior to arrival.
* Weekly rentals must be paid in full upon reservation.
* Only accept cashiers checks or money orders for payment.
* Copy of drivers license or passport required as valid
identification.
* Above rates will vary according to number of guests.
