Located in popular south Seaside, this 2400 sq. ft. home is ready
for the whole family or group functions. With 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2
baths, spacious family and living rooms everyone will be comfortable.
The second story 600 sq. ft. deck wraps around 3 sides of the home
and includes a hot tub and BBQ for your enjoyment.

On the upper level of the home is the fully equiped kitchen with
dishwasher.  A kitchen counter withseating for 3, seperates the kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 10 (or twelve very cozy). A slider opens to the deck
from the dining area. Once on the deck you can BBQ, enjoy the sun
(and/or rain) and the hot tub. The open living room has a TV and
floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the mountain views and surrounding
trees. The upper level hosts 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The
first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen and
bunks bed, the master has a queen bed and attached bathroom with
shower. There is a slider from the master to the deck. The main
bathroom on this level has a shower with jacuzzi tub.

The lower level (or ground level) of the home has a family room with
TV/DVD/VCR and surround sound. Also a table for games or chatting.
The woodstove adds a wonderful warmth. There is a full laundry area
with washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom is on this level and
includes a 1/2 bath.

Both couches in the livingroom and family room have queen size
hide-a-beds.

This quiet neighborhood is close to beach, promenade, cove,
groceries, restaurant, cafe, golf course and book store.

Downtown Seaside is the famous Turn-A-Round with many shops,
restaurants, entertainment and the aquarium. Rentals are available
for surfing to beach bikes. There are weekly attractions all summer
including Kite Festivals, Car Shows, Volley Ball tournament & Hood
To Coast.

For the shoppers, on the north end of Seaside is a Factory Mall.

October to May: $195 weeknights, $220 weekends
Winter Special: Book 3 nights, get the the 4th Free!

June & September: $250 per night

July & August, Holidays, School Breaks: $275 per night

Hood to Coast week: $2500
