Vacation Rental Description

Located on the Beaverkill River in Cooksfalls, just outside the town 
of Roscoe (Trout Town USA).  
The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen 
size bed, the second has a full size bed and the third has a single 
bed.  There is a pull-out futon couch in the living room. The front 
porch looks out onto the river.
It is located just a few miles away from Tennanah Lake Golf and 
Tennis Club and 30 minutes to the Delaware River.  During the summer 
there is a farmers market in Roscoe.  The local area has many craft 
fairs and activities going on. Major ski slopes, Bethel Woods Center 
for the Arts and New Casino located at Monticello raceway,are close 
enough for a day trip.
