This brand new home is in a true Floridian Community! All the homes
in this community are individual custom built homes, not one cookie
cutter community home to be seen! And it feels like it you’re in
America; local children playing in the street, people washing cars at
weekends, no landscape companies here, you’ll actually see homeowners
taking care of their own lawns……come meet our neighbors!
Located in St. James Park, a small residential community just off
Poinciana Boulevard, in Kissimmee, this brand new 4 bedroom home is
unique.
Two master bedrooms overlook, and have access to, the south/west
facing pool deck with its shaded liana and ornamental lion head
fountain pool, private, and the perfect place for the sun worshiper.
And the huge living room with built-in entertainment feature and big
screen TV, oversized sofas and a huge chaise that has to be the
perfect place to wind down after a day at the parks.
Both master bedrooms are as identical as possible, and both boast
beautifully tiled bathrooms with his and her sinks, walk in shower
stall and separate tub.
The other two guest rooms too, have been furnished identical and are
at the front of the house and share a equally beautifully tiled
bathroom with in-tub shower.
A fully equipped kitchen, has stainless steel appliances, and a
refrigerator with drinks and ice dispenser,
I know this one will not disappoint you, you’ll make so many American
friends your Christmas Card List will be so much longer, and you’ll
probably want to move in permanently!
Vacation Rental Amenities
The house has everything you should need during your stay, like a
home from home. A fully equipped kitchen, which you’ll probably only
use for breakfast and snacks as there are so many fantastic local
restaurants in the area, and there’s also a separate laundry room,
with a huge washer and dryer, no need for multi loads here, it’s
possible to wash everything in one go; of course you may want to
separate your colors!!
Each room has its own TV with satellite programming, lots of channels
and too much choice, including the Disney Channel and Nickelodeon for
the kids (got to keep them entertained).
Both master bedrooms have King Size beds, and we mean “American King
Size”; you might find that you have to turn over a few times just to
switch off the light! The other two guest rooms have twin beds
(singles as they say in the UK) so plenty of room for two average
families of two adults and two kids.
The pool deck is large, screened and private, surrounded on two sides
by the master bedrooms and a 6 ft fence at the rear. The pool has
ornamental lion head water fountains at the back of the pool and the
constant running water has that calming effect, combined with a nice
chilled glass of your favorite beverage, and your favorite person,
what better place is there to relax.
Activities and Attractions
There are so many activities close by, from putt-putt golf, to the
real thing. It's a fact that there are so many golf courses in
Florida that your could play golf every day of the year and never
play the same golf course twice!
The theme parks are so close, turn right out of the subdivision and
continue straight and you’ll be on Disney property within 15
minutes. Sea World 30 minutes, Universal 40 minutes.
And restaurants, what would you like to eat? There’s steak houses,
to sushi, pasta to pizza, or fast food to all you can eat buffets,
everything you could possibly think of, just minutes from the house,
and if you don’t want to go out, have it delivered, or pick it up on
your way home from the parks, all the major restaurant chains have a
pick-up window.
Then there’s shopping! The Florida Mall is one of the biggest, then
there’s the Millennium Mall, the Premium Outlets, The Loop, with big
box stores, like JC Penny, Sears, Best Buy, Macys, Toys R Us and then
there are the others such as Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target, the list is
endless.
Interested in areas off the beaten track? How about Mount Dora, or
St. Augustine, quaint small towns with lots of character and
history.
State Parks such as Blue Springs, Silver Springs, Leu Gardens to name
a few, picnic and walk, or rent a boat and tour the rivers.
Then there's the beaches, Daytona, and Melborne on the east coast,
Clearwater, or Venice, on the west…so much to do and see you’ll have
to come back!

Low season $800 per week
Mid season $950 per week
High season $1200 per week
Pool heat is charged at $140 per week, this is recommended in the
winter months.
