short walk  from the beautiful Palm Beach Intercoastal waters.

island of Palm Beach. Take a ride to City Place, which is just one
mile away, where you can shop,
eat, drink and take in the nightlife if you wish. There is a theater
with scheduled shows and
concerts and a Muvico/Imax movie theater. Spas, salons, a Publix
grocery store for your needs.
Just a short ride from Palm Beach International Airport, you'll
arrive at Triple Deuce and
immediately realize that you're in for a special treat. As you pull
into the circular driveway of
your very private vacation getaway, you are surrounded by lush
emerald green ficus hedges, an
assortment of palm trees and other exotic landscaping. Two massive
front doors covered in four inch
glass panes give the first hint of what lies beyond.

This sprawling ranch style house seems deceptively small from the
front but exceptionally spacious once inside. The first impression
may be that you have entered an art gallery with contemporary
furnishings that give the home a warm feeling. Outside, you will
find alcoves of lush tropical and
colorful landscaping full of orchids and bird of paradise. The four
rooms create no seperation
between indoors and out. It's soaring and unforgettable as you walk
through the house and engulf
yourself in the eye candy.
In the front section of the house lies the common rooms: the large
living room with its 42" TV with surround sound and DVD
player,updated dvd library of approximately
75 movies and a computer station with high speed internet. The
dining room with
its table for eight is stunning and has ample room for additonal
seating
should you require it for special occasions. The kitchen is truly a
chef's delight, fully equiped with top of the line commercial
appliances which includes Sub Zero refrigerator and a separate fully
stocked Sub
Zero wine cooler with 2 refrigerator drawers for other beverages.
There is a half bath in the front of the house which also houses the
washer and dryer and a modern art deco utility style sink.
Private catering available upon request. We can also offer you the
following amenities for your
convenience: daily fresh flowers, personal shopping, childcare
service, sushi chef, bartender for
entertaining. We offer you a fully stocked mini bar as another add on
to your truly unique
experience. Is dining out and nightlife your thing? We offer you Free
Concierge and can get you
reservations at most of the popular restaurants downtown. Feel like a
VIP with club access to most
of the clubs at cityplace or downtown. Just let us know and we will
get it reserved for you so you
can walk right in like you own the place.
The entire rear wing of the home consists of 4 large comfortable
bedrooms and three
full baths. The entire rear area can be closed off from the front
of the house by a pocket door. All bedrooms are large and
distinctively decorated. There are wood floors throughout. One of
the main appeals of this beautiful property is how
the outdoors is brought in with terrific views of the exotic
landscaping. This home was conceived as a calming transition from the
inside and out.

There is an outdoor canopied game room with its marble floor, full
size pool table , darts, 32" flat screen TV and a gorgeous 8' water
wall. Other outdoor seating areas include a quiet and peaceful
patio off the master bedroom connected to a cozy deck with 2 lounge
chairs for reading and a hammock for peaceful lounging, several
seating
areas around the large swimming pool/water spa and the outdoor
kitchen area.
The outside kitchen offers a table area, bar with sink,and a
commercial
grade Viking Grill.
