Newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf Front residence. Ours is a very comfortable, 6th floor unit 
with an oversized covered balcony and unobstructed, spectacular view of the Beach.  Enjoy free 
internet access, a 42” plasma TV in the living room and cable TV in each bedroom.  The master suite 
is overlooking the Gulf with a walk in shower.
The way our unit is furnished is best described as “casual elegance.”  We strived to create a 
comfortable environment without compromising the overall aesthetics of the design or the tropical 
feeling of the beach.
We are proud of our unit and look forward to sharing it with you.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sandy Key offers boardwalks to the beach, two spacious swimming pools (one is heated), a fitness 
center and a lighted tennis court. Just steps away from the 9 mile National Seashore, evening walks 
can be the highlight of the day.

Activities and Attractions

Located near a 9 mile National Seashore, enjoy walks along the beach or through the nature trails at 
the park. While on the Key, don't forget to visit the Naval Air Museum, Fort Barrancas, and you can 
also watch the Blue Angels practice in the Spring months early in the morning. Perdido Key is a 
wonderful, quaint resort community that you'll never want to leave! 
With Orange Beach's shopping and dining areas just 20 minutes away, make sure you head down there for 
some great seafood, family fun activities like boat rentals, and even catch a movie at the Wharf- 
just take a right at the light where the "Foley Beach Express" sign is, then take a left when the 
road ends and you'll see a big Ferris wheel on the right. The Wharf offers a variety of places to eat 
& shop.
Last but not least, enjoy a round of golf and lunch at one of two golf courses located within 10 
minutes from Sandy Key.  It's the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful weather in Florida.

Nov 1 - Feb 28     ..................        $125/night;    $  675/week    $1,395/month
Plus 11.5% tax, $45.00 administration fee and $75.00 cleaing fee.  A $200.00 refundable damage 
deposit is required.
