bedroom and  twins in 3nd bedroom. 2  tv's, stereo, linens, beach  
towels, blow dryer, ironing board and iron etc.  Large patio has  
BBQ, table and chairs 1 mile to beach. Large balcony off of master  
bedroom has table chais and two chaise lounges. 1 mile to the beach,  
Lego land and Gemoligical Intitute. All utilities included, also  
Cable and High speed internet also wireless.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tennnis (you can reserve your court time up to 1 week in advance), BBQ, Pool, Jaccuzi, Rec room.

Stores (outlet mall), Flower Fields, Wild Animal Park, Sea World,  
Old Town, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo all very close. Disneyland  
about 1 hr. away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1500/week, $3900/mo., June-September  
$1300/week, $2700/mo., October & November  
$1400/week, $2900/mo., Dec. Jan. & February  
$1300/week, $2700/mo., March, April & May 
 
$1000 security deposit, this can be in the form of a credit card number for the file in case of  
damage. $125.00 cleaning fee.   
 
Pets are okay ($50 extra). This is a non smoking unit. 
 
Holidays are at Summer rates. Longer stay at lower rates upon  
request.
