Our propertie also offers a 1/2 lot in the back of our home where you could park a boat, rv or use it for any additional parking for guests to visit. You also have access to a Marina in the back of the subdivison with a free boat lauch for you fishermen and woman. There are also Guides to take you out fishing for a price.
Averys resturant is also a great place to hang out for dinner, drinks and kareoke on Friday nights. Please visit them if you get a chance. We also have a park for the kids to run and play and a swimming pool for everyone to enjoy. There is a $25 charge for a pool pass.
