This Newly Refurbished Townhome has turned out to be absolutely  
FABULOUS!  Simply stunning with all new high quality furnishings,  
down to the napkins!   
 
This 2 bed 1 1/2 bath 2 story townhouse is located in the only golf  
course in Key West.  There is an upgraded kitchen with full new  
refigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all  
small appliances ready for the gourmet cook, fully furnished with new  
dishes, cooking utencils, pots, pans, etc. 
 
The dining area, with table and four chairs, is adjacent to the  
kitchen, and the living room is enlarged by the completely  
screened in outdoor deck.  All rooms have NEW furniture and linens.   
The newly painted rooms are in bright tropical Caribbean colors.  The  
green apple half bath on the first floor is straight out of Pottery  
Barn and will delight your eyes! 
 
The upstairs bedrooms are decorated in Seaside Cottage style.  Along  
with the bright turquoise bathroom, new linens and towels, you are  
sure to truly enjoy your vacation at this Golfer's Paradise.  There  
is also a washer/dryer for your use to dry those swim suits and beach  
towels. 
 
This Townhome overlooks the lagoon swimming pool, near the luscious  
waterfall.

Located within the gated community of the Key West Golf Club, about  
a 10 minute drive from Old Town, Key West. 
   
Golf legend REES JONES masterfully designed the Key West Golf Course,  
an 18 hole, 6,500 yard course to be a challenge to players of all  
abilities. Come meet all the exciting challenges of the Key West Golf  
Course, including the infamous "Mangrove Hole" (143 yards, par 3 that  
is played completely over a field of thickly intertwined tropical  
mangroves).  
  
Located in the heart of Key West, Florida the Key West Golf Club is  
the Southernmost golf course in the United States. 
 
Within our gated community, we have 2 pools: a wonderful lagoon  
swimming pool, complete with waterfall, and a small more private  
pool.   
 
There is also an air conditioned fitness room, with weight  
equipment.   
 
The average temperature in Key West is 77.8 degrees, making it the  
warmest city (average temperature) in the United States. It has  
never been below 41 or above 98 degrees. 
 

Activities and Attractions

Just a short drive into Key West there are hundreds of restaurants to  
make your mouth water.  Many other activities for all ages are here.   
There is the Little Conch Train, Hemmingway's House, Truman's Little  
White House, Mel Fisher's Museum, the Aquarium, the Butterfly Museum,  
and the waterfront activities, to name but a few.  Just recently  
opened - the Pirate's Museum.  A real chiller!  
 
Smather's Beach, voted one of the 10 best beaches in the US, is just  
a 5 minute drive away, where volley ball, parasailing and other water  
activities are available. 
 
Fishing!  Key West is a little drinking town with a fishing problem!   
Bring your boat and rent a slip at one of our fabulous marinas,  
charter for the day with a captain & crew, or rent a flat's boat and  
head to the flats on your own.  Whatever you choose, the options are  
endless here. 
 
Para-sailing, jet skiing, sunset cruising, watching the preformers  
everynight at Mallory Square, dining at some of Florida's highest  
rated restaurants, and not to forget famous Duval Street where you  
can party 24-7!

Rental rates in Jan, Feb, Mar are $3500/month, Oct, Nov, Dec, Apr, May are $2100/month, June, July,  
Aug, Sept are $1900/month and include cable TV, high speed internet access, all utilities and local  
telephone. 
 
Rates subject to change.  Payment in the form of personal check,  
cashiers check, cash and PayPal accepted.  Add 3% charge for Paypal to total.
