New Beach Houses (Responsible 18-year olds welcome!) in Panama City Beach

We are now booking for all of Summer 2013, and our houses are filling up fast. Your search is over because we have several nice properties to choose from! Don't settle for some 40-year old piece of junk just because its "on the beach." And don't stay in some cramped hotel room. As the headline says, we rent to responsible 18-year olds. But young people (which includes ALL college and high school students) must limit your group to six people.

We have several very nice homes in the same area--from less than one year old to nothing more than four years old. All have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, wireless internet and large flat screen HD televisions. All are located just one block from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. They are near everything you want to do while visiting the beach--restaurants, amusement parks, night clubs, grocery stores, movie theaters, and of course, the famous Panama City Beach strip.

Unlike a cramped hotel room, each house has plenty of room to spread out. Fully furnished with all of the comforts of home--and more. Here is the best thing we can say about our houses. Everyone that has stayed this year had one thing to say: "Your house

Again, we rent to responsible 18-year olds--but young people MUST limit your group to no more than six. (If you are under 25, you are young.) So make your plans for Baseball and Softball Tournaments, or SPRING BREAK or SENIOR TRIP now. Many already have! Need more than one house? We can often put you in side-by-side units so your group can stay together. All of our nice houses are near each other.

than cramped hotels! (That's what our Thunderbeach regulars tell us.) And they really like that they can put their motorcycles in the garage.
Publix and Movie Gallery are located on the same block as beach
house. Super Wal-Mart, Rocket Lanes, a multi-screened theater, banks,
shops, restaurants, public golf courses, softball/baseball park,
entertainment venues and a plethora of other business are located
within 1 mile.
