Cliffe Condominiums are situated in the ideal location for Summer or
Winter. This 1st floor unit has views from the back deck that
overlook Lake Dillon and the Dillon Marina. Just across the street
from the front door is the quaint Town of Dillon that hosts numerous
restaurants and shops, a movie theater, live theatre,bowling alley and exciting
night life. Lake Cliffe Condominiums is located ½ block from the
ski area shuttle and just minutes drive time from the world class
resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail.

Amenities include:

BEDROOM ARRANGEMENTS: This unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. The master bedroom has a King
bed and a full bathroom including steam shower. The 2nd master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own
full bathroom. There is a double size futon in the living room which can sleep children or young
adults. Sheets and towels are provided in each bedroom and bathroom. Soaps and basic paper supplies
are in the unit to get you started.

CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and
silverware. Also, in the unit is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and crock pot. The
living room has agas fireplace, new flat screen HD cable TV with VCR, and stereo. On the back
deck is a gas grill. A lockable closet is located just outside the front door for your convenience
and is large enough to store skis, bikes and other equipment. There are commercial laundry
facilities in the basement of the building.

LAKE CLIFFE COMPLEX AMENITIES: 75 feet from the front door is a beautifully remodeled clubhouse
with 2 indoor hot tubs and a large indoor pool.

Summer and Fall: Just out the back door you have access to Lake
Dillon for boating, fishing, 40 miles of bike paths, hiking, farmers
market, and concerts at the amphitheater and much more!

Winter and Spring: When Lake Dillon is snow covered there are many
areas for sledding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. And, only
minutes drive or shuttle ride is the world class skiing resorts of
Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail.

Summer Rates: $95 per Night - May 1st to September 1st,
Based on 4 people & 3 night minimum

Fall Rates: $90 per Night - September 2nd to November 20th,
Based on 4 people & 3 night minimum

Early Winter Rates: $95 per night - November 21th to December 18th,
Based on 4 people & 3 night minimum

Holiday Rates: $200 per night - December 19th to January 4th,
Based on 4 people & 7 night minimum

Late Winter Rates: $140 per night - January 5th to February 13th,
Based on 4 people & 3night minimum

Spring Rates: $160 per night - February 14th to April 30th,
Based on 4 people & 5 night minimum

Stays greater than the required minimum may be discounted, just ask.
We will take less than minimum stays with an extra housekeeping fee
of $90. The above fees include cleaning.
