Casa Valentin - Zona Romantica / with pool in Puerto Vallarta

Refurbished from top to bottom in 2003, Casa Valentin is a four
level casa tucked away on a hillside just two blocks from Basilio
Badillo, the street famously known as "restaurant row" in Old
TownPuerto Vallarta. Los Muertos Beach and Pier are a quick five
block walk.
The rooftop terrace (level four), complete with outdoor kitchen and
gas barbecue, is the perfect place to lounge in the sun by day,
watch the fireworks over the bay by night, or just sit back, sip a
margarita, and soak in the view anytime.
The living/dining/kitchen area on the third level is framed by
three arched windows looking out over Old Town to the bay beyond. A
new, full bathroom with a travertine basin and copper mirror
completes this level. A spiral staircase leads from level three to
the rooftop kitchen and terrace on level four.
Two one-bedroom suites (one with a king bed, and the other with twin
beds) comprise the second level. Each suite has a new bathroom, new
furnishings, private entrance and outdoor balcony.
Levels two, three and four are rented as one unit and have an
entrance through an outdoor patio. This unit has a total of 3
bathrooms & 2 bedrooms, sleeping four (or six if the inflatable
aerobed is used on the third level).
Level one is a complete one-bedroom (queen), one bath apartment with
kitchen/dining/living area, a courtyard patio and private entrance.
This apartment has a trundle couch in the living room and can sleep
up to 4 people. Note: The apartment does not have access to the
rooftop outdoor kitchen & BBQ unless rented with the upper casa.
Included on the casa grounds is a secluded garden area with dipping
pool and a two level tiled patio, one at the entrance to the upper
casa and one at the lower level entrance to the apartment. A laundry
room with washer and dryer is located at the back of level one and
has an outside entrance through the garden. The garden, pool and
laundry room are available for use by both units.
The casa can be rented as a whole unit (apartment plus upper 3
levels) or just the upper 3 levels only. The apartment is not rented
separately.
Note: Casa Valentin is reached via a wide public stairway that joins
the street below with the street above. The entrance to the casa is
up fifty stairs from the street. Although this is a great way to
keep fit while on vacation, it should be noted that this is not a
property suited to those who might have physical difficulties
climbing stairs.

Cable TV, CD Player, 2 Kitchens with cooking facilities and
refrigerators (one on the third level and one in the apartment), an
outdoor kitchen with Gas Grill (available only to the upper casa)
cooking utensils, lounge chairs, laundry room with washer and dryer,
ceiling fans in every room. The whole casa was completely
refurbished with new tile, appliances bathroom fixtures and
furniture in 2003. Linens and towels are provided as well as
bottled drinking water.

At the Casa - soak in the view, soak in the dipping pool & get a
suntan, create a gourmet meal, read a book, sleep in late, watch the
city come alive with lights at night, spend a romantic evening with
someone you love, catch the perfect sunset, see the sky light up
with nightly fireworks.
Out and About - Shop to your heart's content, enjoy Puerto Vallartan
cuisine, dance all night, have a cerveza, or a margarita (or both!),
hop on a Mexican bus, lounge at the beach, swim, snorkel, dive,
parasail, kayak, ride a horse into the jungle, take a jeep ride, the
adventures are endless!
