The Mer-Ka-Ba is a beautiful new house situated above the scenic views
of Southwest Harbor and the Great Harbor Marina.  Enjoy leaving the 
car at home and walking into 
Southwest Harbor to enjoy the 
shops, restaurants , and boutiques. ( The lobsters are Really 
fresh. )  Sit on the large deck and
experience the beauty of the sunrises and the sunsets!  Hike the  
great hiking trails in Acadia Nation Park. Swim in Crystal clear Echo 
Lake just 3 miles from home

Four bedrooms-two with King size beds and two with twin beds.

Activities and Attractions

Mount Desert Island offers Acadia National Park with all its hiking,
biking, carriage trails and beautiful mountains hiking trails, 
Swimming in Spring fed crystal clear Lakes, and Clear, clean Ocean 
waters.  The free Island
Explorer Bus pickup is within walking distance.  Bar Harbor is close 
by, and Northeast Harbor, Seal Harbor, Cadillac Mt.( Acadia National 
park is All around, on this 25 mile square island . 
   Enjoy whale watching trips, kayaking, antique shops,
lobster and ocean views!  Public fresh water swimming in crystal 
clear Echo Lake and mountain
hiking at Echo Lake only a 3 mile  drive.( Swimming and hiking are in 
Acadia National Park , and Pristine Clean and Beautiful ) Enjoy 
Seawall Picnics and Barbequeing on the Magificant Ocean Front , (less 
than a mile away)

 August  16 to September 13  $1800                                 
50% deposit due at reservation  and 50% due 30 days prior to check in 
date.  Complete deposit refund if cancelled  within 60 days of 
registration .
