The community is also a designated bird sanctuary. You will find
sandhill cranes, heron, ibis and more.

Uncrowded Atlantic beaches are less than 15 minutes away. Harbor
Branch Oceanographics is ten minutes away, the Manatee Center and
historic downtown Fort Pierce only 15 minutes away and Riverside
Park and Theatre in Vero Beach only 15 minutes close.

New 2011-2012 Rates are for two adults and include taxes and standard
cleaning.

Nightly (3 night minimum):  May 1-Nov 19, $120; Nov. 22-Dec. 18, $130;
Dec. 19- Apr 30, $150.

Weekly:  May 1 - Nov. 18, $750; Nov. 19-Dec. 18 $850; Dec. 19 -
April 30, $995.

Monthly:  Dec.-Apr, $3600; May-Nov., $2600.

Reservation/damage deposit: One or Two weeks or less: $200.
Three  Weeks: $300. Month: $500.
Reservation/damage deposits are NOT credited towards the rent.
Reservation/damage deposits returned by mail within 5 business days of
departure unless cause.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits & prepaid rents are not refundable unless replacement guests are found. I will attempt to find replacement guests. If  found, I will refund 50% of the deposit minus any resulting loss of revenue. TRAVEL INSURANCE: If you are concerned about a change in plans, then you should take the responsibility to purchase travel insurance. It's relatively inexpensive & if you choose not to protect yourself, remember that is YOUR choice; not mine.
