If you love the southend of Ocean City, you will love this  
roomy and tastefully decorated 3BR, 2 Bath, 1st Floor, recently
updated Condo!  Be the first tenants to enjoy the brand new 
furniture and bedroom comforters.  Both bathrooms have been 
remodeled this past year and are bright and modern. New 
changes and upgrades take place each year and this year be the first 
to view the amazing sunsets from the new deck, that boasts a high 
pub style table and chairs as well as a patio dining table and 
chairs.

Join the many tenants who return year after year to this comfortable 
vacation retreat.

HAVE A LARGE GROUP?  Our neighbors upstairs also rent, so bring the

This home boasts access to highspeed wireless internet service. Sit 
on the front deck and surf the net as you sip your cocktail after 
the beach.

You will be just 2 blocks from the beach with a lifeguard.  Second 
home from the corner, which makes your walk to the beach that much 
less!

The master bedroom has a television mounted to the ceiling for easy 
viewing.  In the living room, you will be seated in comfort on the 
new leather sectional with reclining end seats, as well as a 
recliner that you will sink into after a fun and sunny day at the 
beach.    

There are no homes across the street and the sunsets are awesome 
from the deck.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, 
dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of brand new 
dinnerware and flatware, cookware, blender, crockpot, and much, much 
more!

Worried about cleanliness?  Look no further!  We personally inspect our home so that when you enter 
you will think you are the first tenants of the season.  Our home will be spotlessly 
clean and fresh smelling!  

Walking distance to Uncle Bill's Pancake House and Aunt Betty's Ice Cream.  Very close to Ala Mode 
Ice Cream, Mike's Seafood, and more!

The summer season in Ocean City officially begins on Memorial Day 
weekend and ends gradually from Labor Day through the end of 
September.  It is considered peak season from July 4th until Labor 
Day.  During April and May, as well as October through the end of 
November, all of the downtown area and numerous restaurants are open 
for “business as usual.”  Most boardwalk merchants remain open 
through the end of November and the sales are fabulous!

Vacation Rental Rates

2007 Weekly Rentals -  All summer weekly rentals begin on Saturday 
at 3:00 P.M. and end at 10:00 A.M. on the following Saturday.  

If you are interested in Spring and Fall, we are very flexible to 
accommodate long weekends, half-weeks, etc.  

Call us if you would like to set up a time to see this home before 
committing.  We will be happy to show it to you.

Rates shown are not for senior week/prom/high school or college 
group rentals. Please email me for information on senior week 
rentals.
