If you love the SOUTHEND of Ocean City, you will love this
roomy and tastefully decorated 3BR, 2 Bath, 1st Floor, recently
updated Condo! Includes new bunkbeds, comforters, ceiling fans, and much more!
Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. New changes and upgrades take place each year!
The deck boasts a high pub style table and chairs as well as a patio dining table and chairs.
4 Beach tags are included!!!
Join the many tenants who return year after year to this comfortable
vacation retreat.
This home also has access to highspeed wireless internet service. Sit
on the front deck and surf the net as you enjoy the sunset after the beach. (must supply laptop)
You will be just 2 blocks from the beach with a lifeguard. Second
home from the corner, which makes your walk to the beach that much
less!
All bedrooms have recently been updated with flat screen, wall mounted, TV's for easy viewing. In the living room, you will be seated in comfort on the
new leather sectional with reclining end seats, as well as a
recliner that you will sink into after a fun and sunny day at the
beach, while watching the brand new 42" High Def, Flat Screen TV , just added this spring.
Newly installed, full sized front loading washer and dryer.
There are no homes across the street and the sunsets are awesome
from the deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker,
dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of dinnerware and flatware,
cookware, blender, crockpot, and much, much more!
Worried about cleanliness? We personally inspect our home so that when you enter you will think you are the first tenants of the season. Our home will be spotlessly clean and fresh smelling!
Walking distance to Uncle Bill's Pancake House and Aunt Betty's Ice
Cream located at 40th Street. Also, very close to Ala Mode Ice Cream, Mike's Seafood, and more!
The summer season in Ocean City officially begins on Memorial Day
weekend and ends gradually from Labor Day through the end of
September. It is considered peak season from July 4th until Labor
Day. During April and May, as well as October through the end of
November, all of the downtown area and numerous restaurants are open
for “business as usual.” Most boardwalk merchants remain open
through the end of November and the sales are fabulous!

2012 Weekly Rentals - All summer weekly rentals begin on Saturday
at 3:00 P.M. and end at 10:00 A.M. on the following Saturday.
If you are interested in Spring and Fall, we are very flexible to
accommodate long weekends, half-weeks, etc.
Call us if you would like to set up a time to see this home before
committing. We will be happy to show it to you.
