$500-$750 per week plus tax, rate depends on season and lease 
length, 2 week minimum lease. Electricity, water, local phone, and 
assigned parking spot, are included. Wireless Internet access is 
also available at nominal fee. Refundable security deposit and 
departure cleaning fee are required. WE WILL MATCH SAME STANDARD
