king pillow-top mattresse in the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms.  
The third bedroom has a pillowtop queen bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite  
countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 plasma televisions  
and the apartment is beautifully decorated from top to bottom. The  
master bedroom has a spa tub and all the bedrooms have walk-in  
closets. Entertain your guests on an enormous 11 x 43 foot lanai and enjoy  
the wide water views of the intracoastal and the Island of Palm  
Beach. If you want to be directly on the water and have a view from  
every room, this is the place for you. The photos do not do  
justice to the views. The building is on the point in the community  
and this particular building only has 6 units which helps to create  
a very private and secluded feeling. The entire property is located  
in a gated community with 24hr security and covered parking.

distance. Tennant will be responsible for a one time cleaning charge 
depending on condition of the property upon exit. Additional maid service

Performing Arts as well as the well known City Place shopping and  
dining destinations.  You are only minutes away from these

Vacation Rental Rates

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit is available on a seasonal basis and  
may also be available annually. The apartment has over 3000+ square  
feet of living area and a 500 sq foot Lanai. It comes completely  
furnished and has all the essentials to make yourself at home.

responsible for the electric. Local telephone calling and unlimited 
long distance telephone calls within the United States are included.  
There is also free internet service. This is a non-smoking unit.
