Lavallette Summer Retreat in Lavallette

We are located one block from the ocean and only a five minute walk
into town. This family home has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has
a private full size bath and queen size bed. Bedroom #1 has a twin
bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.
There are also two pull out twin beds in the upstairs family room.
There is another full bath upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. This
home has a full size kitchen, dining room, living room,  and family room.
Outside: There is a great basketball court in the rear of the
house. A play gym for kids. B-B-Q. Off street parking available.
No smoking. No pets. (106 New Brunswick Ave. between 35N & S)

House has hardwood floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs. It is
three stories. Fully furnished with every convenience you could
need. There are 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and 2 twin pull out
couch.

Kitchen has corian countertops, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffemaker, toaster,
dishes, pans, pots, utensils, towels, tv/vcr, you name it, we've got
it! Living room has a tv, dvd, & vcr. Upstairs family room has tv &
vcr. Washer/Dryer.Central Air Conditioning. Gas grill
outside. Fully gated yard.

Close to Seaside Heights and Point Pleasant activities. Two blocks
to the bay and park. Crabbing, fishing, jet skiing are all very
close. Walking distance to all restaurants in Lavallette and Ortley
Beach. 15 minutes from parkway exit 82. Fifteen minutes to Ocean
County Mall and movies. Forty Five minutes to Great Adventure and
outlet mall.

June $2500.00 per week. July and August $2950.00 (two week minimum).
September $2200.00 per week. Monthly and Seaonal rates available
upon request.
