Welcome to our home away from home in beautiful world famous Cocoa
Beach! Our brand new 4th floor
professionally decorated penthouse unit will provide you with over
2,200 square feet of luxurious
living space with eleven-foot ceilings along with a beautiful balcony
giving you a panoramic direct
view of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit has just been furnished with
new furniture and appliances
throughout.
The livingroom area provides you with views of the beautiful blue
Atlantic ocean through sliding
glass doors on the east side of the unit. Make yourselves comfortable
in the leather sofas and
listen to the waves or watch the 36-inch cable TV. The attached
dining area provides seating for
six as well as a breakfast bar.
There is also a comfortable den equipped with with leather furniture,
a 27-inch cable TV as well as
a VCR/DVD combo unit.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances
throughout and is fully equipped and
ready to use. Just bring your food! Attached to the kitchen area is
a dining area with a table for
four and also a laundry room with front-load washer, dryer, iron and
ironing board.
The master bedroom has a mahogany king suite, 20-inch cable TV, phone
and two walk-in closets. The
large connecting master bath has an oversized walk-in shower as well
as a huge jacuzzi bath tub.
Guest room #1 has a queen bed, a 20-inch cable TV and lots of closet
space.
Guest room #2 has two twin beds with a 13-inch cable TV and again
lots of closet space.
All bedrooms have alarm clock radios.

Our condo is located in a beautiful five-floor building (floor one is
the parking garage) located
directly on Cocoa Beach a few hundred feet north of the famous Cocoa
Beach Pier and a few minutes
drive north of the Ron Jon's surf shop. Two elevators ensure minimal
waiting time.
Security is provided by security code access only to the building.
A large heated swimming pool sits right next to the jacuzzi and
surrounded by Palm Trees. There is
also a well equipped fitness facility and a magnificent community
room that has to be seen to be
believed.
Gated access to the beach ensures that the beach is fairly private.
All linens and towels are provided with the unit.
Free local phone and cable are provided.

World famous Cocoa Beach provides miles of beautiful sandy beach and
clear blue water.
Located near the Cocoa Beach Pier which provides entertainment,
dining, fishing and more.
Less than an hour to Orlando airport or the Disney theme parks.
Near Port Canaveral, the second largest cruise port in the USA.
Combine your beach holiday with a 3,
4 or 7 day cruise with the Disney, Carnival or Royal Caribbean cruise
lines. Casino ships
leave twice daily and provide free entertainment, dining and drinks.
Kennedy Space Center is only 25 minutes away and has bus tours, an
IMAX theatre and the astronaut

Cancellation Policy

 ·  A 10% fee is applied to all canceled reservations

·  For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

·  Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded less the 10% cancellation fee.
