Vacation Rental Description

Sunny & Comfy is a relaxing home away from home. 
You will enjoy our overflowing bowl of fresh fruit on the kitchen counter, fresh flowers on the  
kitchen table, home-made cookies and special chocolates and bottled water in the fridge. 
Our kitchen is fully stocked including our Keurig Specialty Coffee Maker.  It makes wonderul Coffee,  
Hot Tea & Hot Cocoa one cup at a time.  Sunny boasts spacious, open rooms with lots of windows and  
sunshine. There are many places to relax and enjoy a great book or a much needed nap.  Our  
baths are exceptionally clean and stocked with big thristy white towels. Spend your evenings  
grilling dinner on our Jenn Air Grill on the Grilling Porch, Catch your favoirte movie on our Sony 
50" TV with HDTV and top the night off with a quick dip in the hot tub...um...makes you sleep so  
good!  Our beds are fully made with high thread count, soft linens so just slip in ready for a great  
nights sleep. Folks that have visited Sunny describe their stay as warm, sunny, peaceful, full of  
character and extremly comfortable.  Folks really enjoy the gleaming Hardwood Floors, Ceramic Tile  
Baths, Granite Countertops, Breakfast Room & Formal Diningroom, Combined Kitchen, Dining & Living  
area with Large Granite Faced Fireplace with Gas Logs.  
Our Master Bedroom is extra large with king size, luxury mattress and linens.  Bonus room upstairs  
is super sized with closet and bath. Total 4 Bedrooms. Rocking Chairs on Front Porch.  Very quiet  
and safe neighborhood.  Beautiful View from Livingroom, Deck & Master Bedroom.  Heavily Wooded area  
in back yard.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily: 325.00 per day (three night minimum) ($500.00 *Refundable Security Deposit) 
Weekly: 1850.00 ($500.00 *Refundable Security Deposit). 
Monthly: 4000.00 ($1000.00 *Refundable Secuirty Deposit). 
*Security Deposit returned within 3 days of departure date if property left in satisfactory  
condition. $200.00 Pet Fee. 
  
Augusta National Masters Tournament: Minimum 1 Week $3500.00
