Vacation Rental Description
This unit is in the rental pool and managed by Las Palomas. If you rent from an owner not in the
rental pool you will only be able to check in between 10am-7pm, you will have to get a room key from
the owner, you will have to provide an id to check out pool towels, you will have no phone service
in the room, you will not have daily maid service, you will not have maintenance service in the
condo if needed and many more services provided only to units managed by Las Palomas.
Only rent from an owner in the rental pool, it is not worth a ruined trip
This one bedroom oceanfront VIP condo is brand new and defines luxury. It is in the decorated high
class Phase-2 of the Las palomas Beach & Golf Resort. It is on the ground floor a few steps to the
pools and the beach. Full access to the common pools area from the patio three steps.
All new furnishings including 2 flat screen TVs one in the living room and the other in the bedroom.
Both TVs have built-in DVD players.
The bedroom has a king-size bed. The living room couch is also a queen-size pull-out bed. And
another inflatable electric queen-size bed that rises to 22 inches with a back rest for reading or
watching TV. maximum occupancy is 6 persons ( 2 with privacy ) 1,394 total sq.ft.
A full luxury kitchen fully stocked dishes, silverware, drinking glasses and wine glasses, coffee
maker and spice rack etc. and all the cooking utensils you will ever need. Electric stove,
microwave, oven and refrigerator. A full laundry room with washer and dryer.
