Por Dicha house has a stunning broad view of Lake Arenal. It sits on
5 acres of tropical gardens and jungle, which supports monkeys,
toucans, parrots, and other exotic wildlife. The private pool and
cascade top off this spectacular setting.
Inside Por Dicha is open and airy with vaulted wood ceilings and
beautiful views from every window. There is an open floor plan with
the rooms and decorations done in bright tropical colors.
Enjoy outdoor meals on the covered porch. Stroll through the
beautiful tropical gardens and walking paths. Take the jungle path
down to the stream. Or just relax in the rocking chairs and hammochs
and watch the sunset.
Lake Arenal is famous for world class windsurfing and excellent
fishing. Be sure to take the sunset cruise to the volcano. Or you
can rent kayaks or a fishing boat. Explore the area by horseback or
ATV. Arenal Botanical Gardens is within walking distance. We are here
to help you with any tour you are interested in.
Vacation Rental Amenities
2 bedroom and 1 loft, 1 king size bed in the master suite, 1 queen
in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 doubles in the loft. Two sofas, and
comfortable furniture will sleep up to 10 persons. The house
overlooks Lake Arenal with a stunning view of the lake, and a large
covered porch to sit,with the pool and patio next to it.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender).
All dishes and utensils provided, along with cookware.
Utility room with washer and dryer.
Satellite TV, DVD Player, lots of DVD's and Stereo.

Activities and Attractions
This property is near the small, quiet town of Nuevo Arenal. It is
located about 20 miles from Tabacon Hot Springs, the Hanging Bridges,
the Aerial Canopy Tram, and the ever active Arenal Volcano. The
Pacific beaches such as Tamarindo, Flamingo, Coco , and Papagayo are 2
½ hours away, and the Liberia airport is 2 hrs. Monteverde Cloud
Forest and Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge are just a couple of hours away,
and there are great rafting trips that can be done in one day as well.
Locally there is kayak, boat, and fishing, along with ATV adventure
rentals!

High Season: (Dec.1 to Sept.15)
$1050.00/week
$50.00 for each additional person,(over 2)
Holiday rate of $1250/week:
Christmas, New Years, Easter, and July 4th
