Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful oceanfront vacation rental.  On the sand of a private  
beach in a 24 hour gate guarded and security patrolled community.  
Beach Road is situated within the quaint community of Capistrano  
Beach, located between Dana Point Harbor and San Clemente Pier.  The  
beach house sits directly upon the sand. Two bedrooms, one bathroom  
and laundry facilities are located upstairs with one bathroom,  
nicely equipped kitchen, dining nook and large living room  
downstairs. House is a side-by-side completely furnished duplex.   
Each unit has a front and back balcony as well as a front and back  
patio and a firepit on the beach.  The beachside patio has a table  
with umbrella and chairs. The balconies have chairs as well. Only the  
driveway is shared which can hold up to 12 cars.  
 
Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, breathtaking sunsets,  
quiet walks along the beach and memories that will last a lifetime.

2008 Wk/Sept 20-27, 2008  $2800/week 
2008 Wk/Oct-Dec 2008      *$2000/week    *NOTE: Expect Higher Rate For Rentals With Holiday 
Oct 2008-Dec 2008    $4400/month 1 Month Rental 
Oct 2008-May 2009    $4000/month 2-5 Month Minimum Rental (Rate includes utilities except phone) 
Oct 2008-May 2009    $3500/month 6-8 Month Lease (Rate includes utilities except phone) 
June 2009            $2500/week - $2900/week 
July 2009            $3400 per week  
August 2009          $3400 per week  
September 2009       $2800 - $3400 per week  
Security Deposit     All Rentals Less Than 2 Months = $500 per week 
                     2-4 Month Lease/Rentals = One-half month of rent  
                     5-8 Month Lease/Rentals = One full month of rent 
Cleaning Fee         All Rentals Less Than 2 Months = Included in rate 
                     2-8 Month Lease/Rental  = Actual cost of cleaning deducted from security deposit 
Linen Service        Sheets/Towels           = $75.00  (for indoor use only-bring own beach towels) 
1/2 total rental rate required at time of reservation. Balance in full and security deposit is due  
two weeks prior to commencement of rental period.
