suite and master bath on other side).  Large family room with three slide away glass doors that open to 1600 
sq foot screened in lani with heated pool.  Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances including microwave, 
dishwasher, stove, side by side refrigerator, and wine refrigerator and granite counter tops.  House is located 
on the 11 th green of Oakland Hills Golf Course.  Great home and lani for entertaining.  Lani has golf course 
views in all directions.  Outdoor family room, dining area and cable TV on lani.  TV can be viewed from large 
swimming pool.  Two single chaise lounge chairs and one double chaise lounge by pool.  Master suite and 
second bedroom both have individual access straight to screened lani.  
Master suite has pillow top king size bed.  Second bedroom has queen sized bed.  Third bedroom has two twin 
beds that can be seperate or moved together and family room has full sized sleeper sofa.   Big screen TV in 
family room with digital cable.  Cable TV's in master and second bedroom.  High speed internet wireless internet 
access.  New Washer and Dryer.  Tropical open airy family room.

nature trail, bike and exercise trails, boat docks and fishing canal, picnic areas and parks.  Boat sightseeing 
tours, jet ski, and watersport rentals within miles. 35 minutes to Siesta Key. Lots of great restaurants and
