Payment Instructions:
Full Payment is due at the time of booking $200 security deposit due
2 weeks prior to arrival ; In addition to the room fee there is an
$150 house cleaning fee and the 8% County Tax, Deschute County #805.
Please call our office to inquire about shorter stays than minimal
requirement.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received at least one month prior to your check-in
date receive a 100% refund. After that, Security deposit is
forfeited.
Deposit Policy:
There is a $200 refundable security deposit. If the house is left in
the same condition as when you arrived you will get 100% of the
security deposit back.
Occupation Policy:
The total number of overnight guests staying is 6 adults and thier
children under 5. Additional overnight guests are not allowed.
Pet Policy:
Sorry NO pets allowed at this house.
