Siesta Dunes is a beach front condominium community located on Siesta Key, a barrier island on Florida's West coast. Considered the most beautiful of Florida's barrier islands, Siesta Key's beach boasts "The World's Finest and Whitest Sand". Located just south of Tampa, the seven mile long barrier island is part of Sarasota, the cultural center of Florida's Gulf Coast.
Two bridges connect Siesta Key to the mainland. Siesta Key is known for
its tranquil beauty and has everything you need for a restful visit. Siesta Key is called the jewel of Sarasota.

Siesta Dunes is one of the most well maintained complexes on Siesta Key island. The complex is located on Crescent beach and is situated near the center where the beach is widest. Crescent Beach is famous for its crescent shape with soft white sand. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun.
Our condo has 1,150 sq ft of living area, two bedrooms and two baths
and each bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a king bed, gulf view
with a picture window overlooking the pool area and tranquil gulf
waters and large flat screen HDTV. The second bedroom has twin beds with a TV/VCR..
The dining room has a table with 4 chairs, a bar and two barstools.
The living room has a 42" HDTV with a DVD and the
sofa makes a queen size sleeper. The lanai has a dining table for
four and a spectacular view of the pool area and overlooking the "Best Sand Beach in America".   Check it out on the Travel Channel. 
The kitchen has all the conveniences of home, everything from corkscrew to blender. This unit is on the second floor of a four-story building and has an elevator, as well as stairs. A laundry room is located on each floor near the elevator,just two doors
away. All linens and towels are furnished, including beach towels.
All you need for a great vacation is your suntan lotion and swimsuit!

Orlando International Airport.

2013- January 1st - April 30th - $1890.00 weekly
February 1st - March 31st - Minimum stay 2 weeks
Rental rates based on occupancy of four persons.
There is a $70.00 per week charge for each additional person over 4.
The maximum occupancy is six persons.
All rates are subject to 12% sales tax.
Condo reservation confirmed only upon receipt of required
reservation security deposit:
$800 security deposit for 2 week season rental or more (will be refunded 15 days after departure in accordance with the rental agreement.

$400 security deposit for 1 week rentals (will be refunded 15 days
after departure in accordance with the rental agreement).
A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date
to ensure refund of the security deposit.
Total rental charges must be received 14 days prior to check-in,
upon receipt of key codes.
Renters are responsible for full payment of rental period reserved.
All payments must be made in US funds by bank or personal check,
money order or travelers cheques, wire transfer or cash.

Check-in time is 3:00-5:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
(parent or guardian).
Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, RV's, campers,
commerical trucks are not permitted on the property.
